In this video we show how to fix a common coolant leak on a Ford Escape 1.6 EcoBoost with the 6F35 transmission. Although it may be impossible to see where the coolant is coming from in this tight engine bay, if you have a 2013-2016 with the old Ford heater coolant hose part (Ford later redesigned) then chances are this heater core to engine oil cooler hose is the problem. We give you 3 options to fix, including replacing the coolant hose o-ring, splicing the hose, or just using the new upgraded Ford part.
