BROKEN Peloton Screen - So, I Bought a $50 Flooded Bike for Parts and MADE MONEY

When my wife's Peloton bike touchscreen started to fail, there was ZERO chance I was paying Peloton's $500 out-of-warranty replacement fee. So, what did I pay? $50 for a flooded, rusty, broken Peloton bike on Facebook Marketplace. The gamble: Had it taken 4 feet of flood damage...or was the touchscreen still functioning? Did I just pay $50 for $11 worth of scrap metal? Or did I score a fully-functioning new...well, old...touchscreen that rescues my wife's bike from a similar scrapyard fate?! The dadburg Process: 1.
