screwdrivers, socket set, panel removal toolsRecently my Fiesta started making a clicking noise in the dash every time I started the car. As it turns out, this is a common problem with modern Ford and the culprit is the HVAC blend door motor. Apparently the gears within the motor get stripped and what you're hearing is them binding up as they move. Well today I'm going to show you how to fix it.
