How to reduce Thermal Throttling of your Dell XPS 15 laptop

My Dell XPS 15 7590 was throttling a lot under heavy load, especially due to the high temperature. So here are the three steps I took to reduce it. 1. Under-volt You can under-volt your CPU to reduce the generated heat. If nothing works, there are two options. 1. Reset the laptop (Windows) or re-install Windows. This will fix any software issues or malware trouble if there were any. 2.
