2016 F150 Blend Door Actuator (heat to a/c), 2023 updated, screw hole repair/troubleshooting

I call it a blast door a lot I think but it's a Blend door actuator. Buy it from Ford, do NOT get the Auto Zone or Orielly parts as they fail regularly. I suggest watching the entire video before starting the project. Hope this helps
