New Dell XPS 15 came with broken microphone

bought this Dell laptop and it came with a broken keyboard AND broken microphone. Update 13-Jan-2021: We had a Dell guy come out and he tried everything. He couldn't fix it. So they sent it back to the warehouse. They couldn't fix it and sent it back. Now they have agreed to replace the whole laptop for a new one.
