Failed blend door actuator. The plastic gear fails creating this fun noise. Crazy huh?

Tired of getting that clicking sound? Check out the install video I did on the blend door actuator. The most common failure when the heat isn’t working or is just making this noise. I had to remove a cover to gain access to it, but overall, it wasn’t bad.
