My 2016 F150 Bad Bearings or Front Differential?? OR Tires?

I do not find noise in the wheels when I spin them, this sound goes away on a right turn briefly but is constant. It is somewhat variable with speed. The front hubs/bearing were replaced....I thought it was tires, but thinking there is something else going on. The IWE is functioning. Selonoid replaced, and vacum tubes.......I am at a loss.
