How to Fix Ford F-150 Auto Up Window Bounce Back Down Issue

What happens is sometimes when I try to click the windows auto up (driver's side or passenger side), the window goes almost to the top, but then because of an erroneous safety concern it goes back down. It's almost like it thinks my arm or hand is about to get crushed, and then automatically goes down out of concern. The Ford service tech shows me in detail the sequence to resolve this issue. I have a 2016, but this works on all current generations: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, etc...
