Ford F150 Oil and Filter Change DIY (2015 - 2020) 5.0L V8

Here is a DIY for an oil change on a 2015 to 2020 F150. It is the same for years, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 with the 5.0 V8 engine. The oil that I am using is Motorcraft 5w20 with the FL-500S oil filter. I try and change my oil every 5000-7500 miles with the ford recommended oil. In the new F150s with V8s you don't need any tools to remove the drain plug so it is much easier.
