Koyo's direct replacement high performance radiator for the 10th Gen Civics features a high density 36mm core (Hyper V Core), and will provide increased cooling capacity for any build. Especially important for car's running higher boost levels at the track, this radiator will help keep engine coolant temperatures down while being a simple bolt-on item.
Key Features of the Koyo Racing Radiator:
* Koyo 36mm Hyper K Core with high efficiency louvered fins.
* Individually pressure three times, at operating pressure.
* CNC Machined Aluminum filler neck and drain plug.
* Brushed Aluminum Finish.
* Plug and Play installation using OEM fan shroud and overflow tank.
* Accepts OEM Hoses and Temperature Sensor.
* Aluminum core is manufactured with Nocolock Brazing for a strong, durable, and anti-corrosive bond.
Fits:
Turbo 1.5L 10th Gen Honda Civics
Coolant Refill Notes: Honda recommends simply topping off the cooling system with sufficient fluid, until the coolant level is up to the filler neck. From our experience, we have preferred to do the same but also have the front end lifted to get all air bubbles to escape via the filler neck, while lightly squeezing the upper radiator hose to expedite the process. Once you have done this, reinstall the radiator cap and turn the car on while making sure there are no leaks and the system is adequately pressurized.
