How to Convert 3 Point Tractor Implements to work a Skid Steer Mount with PTO

I thought it was impossible to use a PTO driven tractor attachment on my Bobcat Toolcat with a Skdi Steer mount. See how I adapted a bug sprayer to be used on my tractor that can now do leaf blowing as well.
