1. Unscrew the two T10 screws on the back of the Xbox
2. Slide the top cover off
3. Unscrew the 6 Long main body screws
4. Unscrew the connection screws (x2) on the Xbox USB Connector
5. Unscrew the screws holding the fan.
6. Unplug the Xbox One X Front USB connector
7. Slide the main housing out of the bottom cover
8. Flip the Xbox Over
9. Unscrew the two screws on the bottom of the Xbox One X
10. Take the metal top cover off the top of the console to expose the fan
11. Unplug the main power supply
12. Unplug the fan
13. Remove the fan.
14. Install new fan
15. Put the unit back together
16. Get back to gaming.
