Steps to fix your device.
1. Start by removing the two security stickers
2. Unscrew the screws under the security stickers
3. Slide the bottom cover off
4. Unscrew the 7 long green main body screws
5. Remove the two screws holding the fan
6. Remove the top cover
7. Remove the top metal plate
8. Pull up on the fan
9. Unplug the fan
10. Put in the new fan
11. Put the unit back together
12. Get back to gaming 🎮
