This amazing FK8 Civic Type R will never be made again. It's being replaced by the new 2023 Civtegra and while I'm sure it's better on paper, come on, the 2017 to 2021 10th generation Civic Type R is just so ridiculously over the top that it's amazing. I have the pleasure to work on and drive this beautifully blue version and I want to share with you how I changed the oil on the FK8 Type R. This is a DIY guide video to show you how to lift the car, remove the underbody panel, drain the oil, remove and replace the filter, and fill the oil.
