I'm going to take you step by step changing out both serpentine belts on my 2018 F150 with the 5.0 V8. This is definitely the easiest method to take your belts off. On the 5.0 V8, there are two belts. One for the AC side of the engine, and one for the alternator side of the engine. In order to get the the passenger side belt off you will need to take off the drivers side tensioner to get the belt by. Doing this makes it much easier and doesn't risk any damage to putting the new belt on. The passenger side tensioner can stay in place.
