We bought a Massey Ferguson 1835E compact tractor a year ago for our homestead. Today we have put 155 hours on it working the land, clearing brush, digging foundations, and building out our homestead.
We love our homestead tractor, and we think you will too. In this video we go over why we bough the Massey Ferguson 1835E compact tractor, why we didn't go with a Kubota, John Deere, Mahindra, or Bobcat tractor. It comes down to location. We have a local Massey Ferguson dealer that can give us great service and support. That, and Massey just makes a great tractor.
We discuss things we like about the tractor, things we have changed, like adding a 3rd function, rear remote, and ballast in the rear tires.
We talk about the implements we have bought: Grapple, Box Blade, Bush Hog, Stump Bucket, Dump Bucket, and our soon to arrive Woodland Mills WC68 6" PTO wood chipper.
Thanks for watching our compact tractor review!
