Tacoma Won't Start - rapid clicking noise

My 2016 Toyota Tacoma wouldn't start up and was making a rapid clicking sound. Thanks to your helpful comments I bought a new battery and it started right up. I think the push button start resulted in the rapid clicking which I haven't experience with other dead batteries in the past.
