09-21 Toyota Corolla Battery Light on, Vehicle not Charging - Alternator Replacement.

Today we have a 2010 Toyota Corolla with the 1.8L 2ZR-FE engine that has a battery light on that is not charging. We walk through the basic diagnostic procedure and determine that the alternator is bad. Replacing this is a fairly simple job that can be done with basic hand tools. This process should be the same on 2009 Toyota Corolla, 2010 Toyota Corolla, 2011 Toyota Corolla, 2012 Toyota Corolla, 2013 Toyota Corolla, 2014 Toyota Corolla, 2015 Toyota Corolla, 2016 Toyota Corolla, 2017 Toyota Corolla, 2018 Toyota Corolla, 2019 Toyota Corolla, 2020 Toyota Corolla, and 2021 Toyota Corolla with the 1.8L engine.
