Fixing the joystick drift of my Joy-Con

I am doing a do-it-yourself joystick replacement of my left Joy-Con controller. To repair and fix my problematic joy-con drift issue, I am replacing the left analog joystick with TMR or Tunnel Magnetic Resistance Hall Effect joystick from HandheldDIY (they sent me a pair of these for me to test).
