Trying To Repair Original Xbox DVD Drive with Laser Problems (Samsung SDG 605 B Disc Drive)

In this video I want to try and fix a Samsung SDG-605 B Disc Drive, from the OG Xbox. The drive reads CD, but fails to read games and DVD. Can we solve the problem with this drive?
