USB-C mouseThousands of people with peloton bikes and treadmills cannot use or touch certain areas of the peloton touchscreen. The screen acts unresponsive. Generally I was first seeing only on the pop up screen when trying to select a class (red button) and it wouldn’t allow touching to activate the screen to start the program. Then it wouldn’t allow touch on the bottom of the screen for like your profile or home button or anything along the bottom of screen.
If you purchase a USB-C wired computer mouse and plug it into the last slot behind your Peloton monitor (under the one cable going to the monitor), it will allow you to use the mouse to scroll will a cursor on the screen like a computer. You can then clip on the areas you need to select that don’t work by touching.
