Lenovo ThinkPad T480s with Intel CPU has soldered memory on the systemboard as well as a so-dimm socket for adding an extra RAM. T480s supports up to 20GB or 24GB max at 2400MHz DDR4, dual-channel capable RAM. There are different models with 4GB or 8GB memory soldered to systemboard. The one from the video is with 8GB soldered memory. There is one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket for extra RAM.
