Xbox series x not powering on

Got my xbox series x today. Had to disconnect it and now it wont power on. ++UPDATE++: Called microsoft, they will exchange this one for a new one. I should have a new xbox in a week or 2. ++Update 2++ its day 3 and no shipping label yet from Microsoft ++update 3++ opened a support chat on 11/18/2020 with microsoft. they closed and opened a new ticket hoping the label would be made, same issue no label. its officially a week wiht a broken xbox series x ++update 4++ got on the phone with MS and they transferedme to the hardware team, FINALLY I HAVE THE SHIPPING LABEL
