After 8 years and 120,000 miles, the battery of my 2012 Prius Plugin Advanced finally needed to be changed. Most videos on Youtube shows the changing of the battery with the regular hybrid Prius - so that's what differentiates this video, although there's not much difference between the Plugin Prius.
This is the first time I've ever changed the battery for this car and I just wanted to show you how easy it was for me to do. The whole process too me less than an hour, and that included me shooting the video, and with me using only one hand, because I was filming with my other hand, and that it was my first time.
