Massive thermal improvements to my XPS15 Laptop

My laptop's cooling fans seems never stop lately, so I re-pasted CPU/GPU with Thermal Grizzly Extreme thermal grease and replaced the stock thermal pads with Fujipoly 17mkW/13mkW high-performance thermal pads. Mind-blowing difference. No CPU throttling at full load!
