Don't take your F150 Ecoboost to the dealer for simple maintenance. Spark plugs are easy to replace on the twin turbo 3.5L EcoBoost with ample room and access in the engine bay and should be similar on the naturally aspirated V6 and V8 Coyote engine. Tools needed:
10mm Socket for engine cover
8mm socket for coil pack bolts
5/8" Spark Plug Socket
Various extensions to access each spark plug
Torque Wrench (spark plugs should be torqued to 11 ft/lbs)
