spark plug socket, ratchet, extension bar, spark plug gap toolIf you have a F150 5.0, at some point (within 60,000 miles) you will need to change your spark plugs. I'm going to walk through step by step on how to do that on my 2018 F150. It should be the same for 2015 to 2020 F150s and more. This is an easy DIY project that should be able to be completed in about 30 minutes by even the most novice of a DIYer. I decided to switch to NGK 6509 plugs for better long term performance and have been happy with them so far.
