Turn off main water source. Drain all lines down, If a 2 story house, open all taps from the upstairs to the downstairs. Including showers/tubs. I use the hot water tank drain, to lower the water level. If a single story, open all taps, including showers/tubs. Use the lowest level tap in the house to bring the water level down. Again, I would use the hot water tank drain valve to lower the water level. 5/8" wrench and a 11/16" wrench needed. Once the water is off and drained, loosen the nuts and separate the lines. Install the shut off valves and tighten accordingly. No Sealer required here. Double check the installed valves. [tightness] Turn water on, check for leaks.Congrats! you installed these valves! I did 4 sinks [8 valves] in less than 45mins total. ADDED MENTION HERE FROM A VIEWER: TURN OFF HOT WATER TANK IF YOUR DRAINING LINES ALL THE WAY DOWN. Thanks for watching! Cheers! Wayne
