Remote for Ceiling Fan Stopped Working! Easy DIY Fix by First-Timer.

My remote for my ceiling fan wouldn’t work suddenly. I did a few things to troubleshoot it, which did not work and in the end I ended up replacing the controller with a new one. It was easy and incredibly cheap. But this one more closely resembled the original one in my ceiling fan. I did run into a little trouble and had to do a wiring fix. But it was easy for me, even as a first timer.
